Astana, June 15, 2026 — The NNEF Public Foundation, together with the University Alliance of Science and Technology, which includes AITU, KBTU, IITU, and UIB, opened the third International Summer School on Artificial Intelligence — AI Summer School 2026.
From June 15 to 21, a six-day educational intensive is taking place at Astana IT University, bringing together leading experts from Kazakhstan, Europe, the United States, and China. Participants are learning about the latest developments in artificial intelligence and its applications in the economy, business, science, education, and public administration.
The AI Summer School 2026 program includes lectures and practical sessions on the use of AI in project management, marketing, PR and communications, finance, healthcare, agriculture, industry, and education. Special attention is given to the ethical aspects of implementing artificial intelligence, developing digital competencies, and working on practical AI cases.
KBTU Rector Maratbek Gabdullin noted that artificial intelligence is becoming one of the key tools for the development of science, education, and the economy, while the university’s participation in AI Summer School 2026 contributes to knowledge exchange, specialist training, and the development of Kazakhstan’s AI ecosystem.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive certificates for 72 academic hours. The organizers are confident that the summer school will become an effective platform for exchanging experience, developing professional connections, and generating new ideas in the field of artificial intelligence.
