*Ongoing development and improvement of scientific activity in JSC "KBTU"

*Establishment and development of external relations and cooperation with Kazakhstan and foreign partners in the field of science

*Collaborative work with research laboratories and research institutions and organizations

*Collection of materials, organization of examination papers, and preparation for publication of the International Scientific Journal "Herald of KBTU" 

*Planning, organization, and coordination of the annual International Scientific-practical conference "Problems of innovation development of oil and gas industry," scientific seminars, and small-research seminars.
