Mission

The mission of the PhD Programs Department is two-fold: to train and develop graduate students to become highly skilled scientific staff  capable of  solving actual research, industrial, social, and economic problems;  and to design and carry out innovative research in order to enhance the performance of priority economic sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Objectives
