International Department of KBTU is unit of university that first of all provides matching of KBTU to international standards, increases levels of international criteria in the university, ensures development of international cooperation, and covers KBTU’s recognizable in the world educational space.

One of the priorities of the International Department is:

• Sustainable implementation of KBTU in world educational process and universities’ ranking
• Organisation of international cooperation of University and its departments
• Organisation of works to enhance the international competence of the teaching staff and scientific and methodological potential of KBTU

The main functions of the International Department include:

• Development and implementation of KBTU Quality Policy and Quality Goals;
• Management, development and improvement of the quality management system;
• Improving the competitiveness of KBTU on the national and international levels;
• KBTU preparation for joining the system of the world rankings of universities;
• Organisation of activities to ensure compliance of training and educational KBTU programs to international standards and criteria for international accreditation;
• Organisation of cooperation with foreign partners of the University, including the organisation of international conferences, seminars, symposiums, etc.
• Organisation of twice-diploma programs and international student exchange programs;
• Working with universities-partners of KBTU
